Problem Note 48339: "Error: java.lang.RuntimeException...ORA-01795" message when logging on to SAS® Enterprise Case Management
If you use Oracle as your Shared Services database, and you are a member of more than one thousand metadata groups, then you cannot log on to SAS Enterprise Case Management. When you try to log on, the following error message is displayed:
Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: com.ibatis.common.jdbc.exception.NestedSQLException: --- The error occurred in com/sas/solutions/casemgmt/dao/sql/Search.xml. --- The error occurred while applying a parameter map. --- Check the getOrderedRecordKeys-InlineParameterMap. --- Check the statement (query failed). --- Cause: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000
The only workaround to this problem is to redesign your user security model so that users do not belong to more than one thousand metadata groups.
